Delivery & Returns Delivery Information:
We will only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card OR the address confirmed on your PayPal account. All online purchases are packaged into a non-branded postal pack or parcel. Upon dispatch, you will receive confirmation via email.
Delivery Charges:
UK: No delivery charge on order above £100, orders below this are fixed at £4.95. All orders are sent via Parcel Force. Orders should arrive within 2 working days. We do not deliver outside the UK
Whilst we hope that you will love your product, items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery and so long as they are unused, undamaged and in the original saleable condition as when purchased. A full refund will be issued to the original form of tender within 14 days once the item is returned to The Country Sports Shop.
We will always notify you when we cannot honour our returns policy before shipping out the products to you and ask you to accept the revised terms and conditions.
